Processing Orders:

Select Your Artwork processes your orders by completing the following steps:

  1. We process your deposit amount at checkout and submit a copy of your artwork order to the Refurbishment Department at Beaver Run for approval.
  2. Once approved, the order is submitted to the frame company. Mat and frame options will be selected that aesthetically match each other, as well as your personal unit. You will be given a simple choice of packages from these selections to fit your needs.
  3. Once the mat and frame information has been selected, we create an invoice with your total cost which includes your artwork selections, the mat and frame and security hangers required for the artwork.
  4. Upon your approval, your order will be processed immediately. Within three weeks your order arrives at Beaver Run with the appropriate unit, wall, and location identification stickers ready to hang.
  5. The Refurbishment Department at Beaver Run will then invoice you for the balance of your payment.

Select Your Artwork is happy to work with special requests. If you feel that your unit is missing something or if you require further assistance please contact us. Custom ordering is what we do.

My unit looks different than the one on your website?

Many of the units at Beaver Run are what we call "mirrored units". This means that your floor plan could be an exact "mirror image" of the unit on our website. It is difficult for us to know which units are mirrored units without a direct inspection. If you s uspect this is the case we will be happy to flip your floor plan to make your selections easier to complete. Please contact us and let us know which unit number is in need of attention.

Furniture:

The furniture in the illustrations does not directly reflect the layout of your unit. These are the "typical" pieces that would be placed in these locations. Their purpose is simply to give you a sense of where the artwork on the wall in front of you is located.
